This is a real gourmet class in the afternoon, a crash course for those who would like to get introduced to the newest and best foods in Budapest and taste them. Locations have been chosen in order to provide an easy walk through all places, and portions are just big enough to ensure the participants’ satiety without the loss of any shirt buttons.
During the tour they have the occasion to compare Spanish serrano, Italian and Hungarian farm hams, and various artisan cheeses; they find out the difference between Brazilian Rib eye and Uruguayan Angus chuck, taste prawn piri-piri, bake pizza together, and enjoy world champion biscuits and sweeties.
